- 發好的遼參2條
- 花旗參片10克
- 老雞500克
- 豬月展150克
- 老薑5克
- 紅棗4粒

- 雞粉5克

1. 先將豬月展、老雞、發好遼參洗淨
2. 用鍋燒水，滾後放入豬月展、老雞，滾去表面血漬後，倒出洗淨
3. 用燉盅裝入滾清水，放入上述材料，放入鋼煲內用中火燉約3小時取出，調入鹽、雞粉即可食用。
