1. 先 用 滾 水 將 雪 蛤 膏 浸 軟 ， 然 後 去 雜 質 。
2. 摘 去 小 棠 菜 的 老 葉 留 菜 膽 ， 金 華 火 腿 切 片 ， 雞 胸 肉 切 片 、 出 水 。
