#  雪耳椰子煲雞湯

- 雪耳半兩
- 椰子肉十二兩
- 瘦光雞一隻
- 瘦肉4兩
- 薑2厚片

1. 雪耳泡浸透，摘成細朵及洗淨。
2. 雞去皮洗淨。椰子肉洗淨切塊。
3. 瘦肉洗淨及切成塊。
4. 鍋注入清水十二杯煲滾，放入雞、瘦肉、椰子肉、雪耳及薑，滾後改用小火煲3小時，加入雪耳繼續煲一小時，用鹽調味即成。
