- 鯇魚尾 1條
- 硬豆腐 1 磚
- 蕃茄 2 個
- 洋蔥 1隻
- 薑 2 片

1. 鯇魚尾去鱗洗淨，抹乾水分，抹上鹽醃約30分鐘備用
2. 蕃茄洗淨，切件備用
3. 豆腐洗淨，切件備用
4. 洋蔥去皮洗淨，切大片備用
5. 薑去皮，切片備用
6. 燒熱油鑊，下油，下薑片起鑊
7. 下鯇魚尾，煎香表面，至金黃色
8. 煲滾約兩公升水，加入鯇魚尾及洋蔥，大火煮滾後，轉中火煲約二十分鐘
9. 加入蕃茄及豆腐再滾約十分鐘
10. 加小量鹽調味，即可飲用
