1. ) 先 將 雪 梨 及 蘋 果 洗 淨 ， 切 開 四 件 ， 去 芯 留 皮 。

2. ) 蜜 棗 及 南 北 杏 沖 水 ， 將 三 至 四 湯 碗 水 煲 滾 後 ， 將 材 料 放 入 ， 煲 約 一 小 時 半 即 成 。
