#  天氣變化快 大寒要多吃薑

最近天氣變化好快，一日晴一日雨的，讓人很不舒服，尤其是老人與小孩，更是容易感冒；在中醫門診裡，就常有人因為感冒就醫。中醫師建議，正值大寒時節，最好是多吃薑，可以禦寒，並應少吃偏寒的水果。

**支氣管收縮易咳嗽不止**

溫差變化太大，有不少人感冒了，也不是流感，就是小感冒，但卻咳個不停，還流鼻涕。王志行,台北市立聯合醫院仁愛院區中醫師表示，氣溫下降，會導致支氣管收縮，進而容易出現咳嗽不止的情況。

王志行指出，尤其是最近霧霾問題很嚴重，若是沒有戴口罩外出，往往就會使得咽喉黏膜出現過敏現象，再加上氣溫下降太快，溫差大，又下雨，都會導致感冒與過敏更加嚴重。

**生薑可發散風寒溫肺止咳**

對於感冒及咽喉炎的中醫治療；中醫多以養肺氣藥，或是養陰清肺為主，常開的中藥包括桂枝湯及小青龍湯，好幫助病人能夠將吸入的灰塵排掉。

另外，平常養生保健方面，王志行醫師建議可以多吃薑，尤其是寒冷的天氣，吃薑可禦寒，而且寒性水果就要少吃。生薑的功效很多，生薑可以發散風寒，還可以溫肺止咳，平常冬天進補料理中，多會使用生薑，寒冬中喝上一杯薑湯，也能有禦寒效果。
