- 紅蘿蔔 2棵
- 排骨 2件
- 蜜棗 8粒

1. 青蘿蔔去皮洗淨，切件
2. 紅蘿蔔去皮洗淨，切件
3. 蜜棗洗淨
4. 排骨洗淨，飛水備用
5. 煲滾約 2 公升水，加入所有材料
6. 大滾15分鐘後，轉慢火煲約2小時即可
