- 紅 蘿 蔔 1 個
- 陳 皮 1 / 4 個

2. 青 、 紅 蘿 蔔 均 去 皮 ， 洗 淨 ， 切 塊 。
3. 陳 皮 浸 軟 。
4. 水 沸 後 ， 放 進 全 部 材 料 ， 待 水 再 沸 後 ， 改 用 文 火 煲 兩 小 時 ， 加 鹽 調 味 即 成 。

功效：治肺燥、喉乾、眼澀等，尤對面色蒼白、神疲乏力、夜寐不安、舌質淡有貧血的兒童有效。

提示：選購煲湯蘿蔔，以上圓下尖及粗壯身重為佳。
