> 1. 牛 肉 及 圓 肉 洗 淨 切 片 ， 烏 豆 隔 夜 用 水 浸 透 ， 用 水 煮 1 5 分 鐘 ， 水 沸 後 換 6 碗 清 水 再 煮 一 次 。
> 2. 將 牛 肉 及 圓 肉 、 竹 筍 放 入 與 烏 豆 同 煮 ， 水 滾 時 將 湯 面 泡 沬 陳 去 ， 再 加 入 何 首 烏 及 紅 棗 ， 落 油 鹽 調 味 即 可 。
