老 黃 瓜 １條

赤 小 豆 ２兩

扁 豆 ２兩

排 骨 １斤

蜜 棗 ４粒

陳 皮 １片

###

 做法

１．陳 皮 浸 軟 ， 刮 去 瓤 。 老 黃 瓜 洗 淨 ， 切 塊 備 用 。

２．排 骨 、 赤 小 豆 、 扁 豆 及 蜜 棗 洗 淨 ，備 用 。

３．鍋 內 放 適 量 水 ， 水 滾 放 入 上 述 材 料 ， 中 火 煲 3 小 時 ， 加 鹽 調 味 即 可 。
