 2-3人份量

- 木瓜 1個
- 瘦肉 200克
- 雪梨 3個
- 雪耳 1朵
- 蜜棗 3粒
- 水 1公升

1. 木瓜洗淨去皮，切大塊。
2. 雪耳用水泡開，去蒂後，撕碎待用。
3. 雪梨洗乾淨，去芯，切成小塊。
4. 瘦肉洗淨飛水。
5. 煮沸清水，放入所有材料，大火煮20分鐘，轉小火煲一個半小時。
6. 放進雪耳煲半小時，下鹽調味即可食用。

貼士：雪梨芯一定要徹底切除 ， 否則湯會變酸。

- 維生素C的含量很豐富，維生素c既能補充身體中的營養素，又能抑制黑色素的形成。
