- 豬骨 600克 約半斤
- 羅漢果 1個
- 粟米 2棵
- 蜜棗 10g 約3粒
- 陳皮 1塊

- 鹽 適量

1. 排骨洗淨斬件，飛水備用
2. 粟米剝去外皮，去掉粟米鬚，將粟米切成段備用
3. 陳皮洗淨，浸透備用
4. 將羅漢果破開備用
5. 煲滾約2公升清水，大火煲滾後
6. 將豬骨、蜜棗和羅漢果一起放入鍋中，大火燒滾後，轉小火煲約1小時
7. 將粟米加入續滾半小時，然後加鹽調味即可飲用
