### 養生湯水 - 豬肺湯有潤肺、補虛、化痰、止咳功效

 材料:

- 豬肺 1個
- 川貝 少許
- 青羅漢果 1個
- 南北杏 少許
- 菜乾 1 札

烹飪流程：

1. 將豬肺反複灌水進去清洗，再切成小塊，加入鹽、生粉抓拌沖洗乾淨，瀝乾水。
2. 起鍋加入適量花生油，待鍋燒熱，將備用豬肺放入鍋中，不斷反炒，中途用鍋鏟，壓出豬肺裡面的血水倒掉，炒至豬肺乾水後起鍋，加入生薑片，花生油、生粉、米酒，鹽反复抓伴清洗，至水清澈後，瀝乾水備用。
3. 將菜乾溫水浸泡1小時左右，洗淨切段。川貝、南北杏、青羅漢果洗乾淨與菜乾一起備用。
4. 用鍋加入適量清水，燒開後加入備用豬肺，大火燒滾半小時左右，菜乾、川貝、南北杏、羅漢果，燒20分鐘左右，轉中火，1小時左右後轉小火，再煲1小時左右，加入適量鹽調味即可！
