#  金針豆腐瘦肉湯

經 常 感 到 口 渴 乾 涸 、 心 煩 氣 燥 、 夜 眠 不 安 、 心 悸 失 眠 ， 用 金 針 、 豆 腐 煲 瘦 肉 湯 ， 能 收 除 內 熱 ， 增 進 食 慾 ， 兼 可 保 健 乳 ， 健 脾 安 神 。

### 材 料

- 金 針 1 兩
- 瘦 肉 4 兩
- 豆 腐 1 塊
- 水 4 碗
- 鹽 1/2 茶 匙

### 做法

1. 豆 腐 切 件 。
2. 金 針 用 水 浸 洗 。
3. 將 已 汆 的 瘦 肉 、 金 針 放 入 煲 內 煲 一 小 時 （ 用 文 火 炆 煮 ） ， 再 將 豆 腐 放 入 煲 內 滾 5 分 鐘 ， 加 鹽 半 茶 匙 調 味 即 成 。
