> 1. 紫 菜 洗 淨 後 撕 碎 。
> 2. 瘦 肉 剁 碎 後 ， 以 生 抽 一 湯 匙 ， 糖 一 茶 匙 ， 生 粉 兩 茶 匙 ， 胡 椒 粉 少 許 拌 勻 。
> 3. 香 芹 切 粒 ， 。
> 4. 燒 熱 鑊 ， 下 油 炒 香 薑 茸 、 香 芹 ， 贊 一 茶 匙 酒 。 將 以 上 的 材 料 置 於 煲 中 ， 注 入 五 杯 水 ， 加 紫 菜 以 中 火 煮 沸 ， 轉 以 文 火 續 煮 十 五 分 鐘 ， 拌 入 肉 茸 攪 拌 至 肉 茸 漸 熟 。
