- 瘦肉 400克
- 木瓜 1個
- 合掌瓜 2個
- 雪梨 4個
- 馬蹄 100克

- 鹽 適量

1. 瘦肉飛水，洗淨，盛起備用
2. 木瓜去核，洗淨切件備用
3. 合掌瓜切半，去核，洗淨備用
4. 雪梨去皮，去核，洗淨切塊備用 (一定要完全清除雪梨芯, 否則湯會酸)
5. 馬蹄洗淨，切去面及底部備用
6. 煲滾約2公升清水，大火煲滾後
7. 將所有材料一起放入鍋中，大火燒滾後，轉小火煲約1小時
8. 後加鹽調味即可飲用
