> 2. 瘦 肉 洗 乾 淨 ， 飛 水 。
> 3. 陳 皮 浸 洗 ， 刮 去 瓤 ， 備 用 。
> 4. 鍋 放 進 所 有 材 料 ， 加 入 適 量 的 水 ， 煲 滾 後 轉 慢 火 ， 煲 至 所 有 材 料 軟 身 及 湯 變 濃 ， 加 鹽 調 味 ， 即 可 飲 用 。
