#  青紅蘿蔔蠔豉湯

#### 材料

- 青蘿蔔 1條
- 紅蘿蔔 2條
- 蠔豉 2兩
- 瘦肉 8兩
- 陳皮 1/4個

#### 做法

1. 蠔豉用熱水浸軟，洗淨。
2. 青紅蘿蔔去皮，洗淨切大塊。
3. 瘦肉洗淨，出水。
4. 陳皮浸洗，刮去瓤，備用。
5. 鍋注入適量的清水，加所有材料煲滾，大火煲20分鐘，轉慢火煲約2個半小時，加鹽調味，即可飲用。
