> 1. 牛 腱 出 水 ， 洗 淨 。
> 2. 洗 淨 黑 糯 米 及 杞 子 。
> 3. 把 所 有 材 料 放 進 鍋 內 ， 加 入 適 量 的 水 煲 滾 ， 滾 後 轉 慢 火 ， 煲 至 材 料 變 軟 及 湯 變 濃 ， 加 鹽 調 味 ， 即 可 飲 用 。
> 4. 牛 腱 可 取 出 ， 用 豉 油 及 油 伴 食 。
