> ### 做法

>
> 1. 西 洋 菜 用 鹽 水 浸 20 分 鐘 ， 洗 淨 的 瀝 乾 。
> 2. 排 骨 及 鴨 腎 在 滾 水 中 出 水 後 沖 洗 乾 淨 。
> 3. 生 魚 去 鱗 及 清 理 內 臟 ， 抹 乾 ， 用 1 湯 匙 油 煎 至 兩 面 微 黃 。
> 4. 鍋 中 放 入 12 碗 水 及 陳 皮 ， 加 入 所 有 材 料 ， 煲 3 個 小 時 ， 加 鹽 調 味 即 可 飲 用 。
