  **做法**

1. 火 鍋 牛 肉 片 先 解 凍 ， 鬆 開 不 要 黏 一 堆 。
2. 蔥 、 薑 、 辣 椒 切 絲 ， 放 入 清 水 中 浸 泡 。
3. 水 半 鍋 燒 滾 ， 加 1 湯 匙 酒 ， 放 入 牛 肉 ， 見 肉 色 變 白 即 撈 出 ，瀝 乾 水 份 ， 放 在 碟 內 。
4. 泡 水 的 蔥 、 薑 、 辣 椒 絲 取 出 ， 放 在 牛 肉 上 。 將 所 有 調 味 料 用 小 碗 調 勻 ， 淋 在 牛 肉 上 ， 食 用 時 拌 勻 即 可 。
