- 牛肉 100克 (可用雪花肥牛)
- 金菇 1包 (約兩札)
- 粉絲 半紮
- 青椒 半隻
- 紅椒 半隻
- 波蘿/鳳梨片 2片
- 薑片 3片
- 蒜頭 4粒
- 洋蔥 半隻

- 糖 半 茶匙
- 鹽 半 茶匙
- 麻油 1茶匙
- 生粉 適量
- 胡椒粉 適量
- 沙嗲醬 2湯匙
- 花生醬 1湯匙

( 預備功夫 )

1. 牛肉洗淨，切片，加油、鹽、糖、麻油、生粉醃約20分鐘備用
2. 青、紅椒洗淨，去籽，切角備用
3. 洋蔥去皮，洗淨，切角備用
4. 波蘿/鳳梨片切成粒狀備用
5. 金菇洗淨，切去尾部，撕好備用
6. 粉絲用清水浸泡(15分鐘)至軟身，瀝乾水備用
7. 蒜頭去皮，拍扁備用

( 煮法 )

1. 砂鍋加油，用中火燒熱，加入蒜頭、蔥段爆香
2. 再加入洋蔥角、青椒角、紅椒角拌勻
3. 轉大火下沙嗲醬，再加入牛肉爆炒2分鐘盛起
4. 用原鍋加入清水，燒滾，加入糖、鹽、胡椒粉、麻油及花生醬調味
5. 再加入粉絲及金菇拌勻，回放牛肉，轉小火，加波蘿粒，蓋上鍋蓋焗約2-3分鐘
6. 煮至汁開始收乾後即可食用
