- 牛仔骨 400克
- 秀珍茹 50克
- 洋蔥 半個
- 蔥 1棵

- 油 1 湯匙
- 糖 1 茶匙
- 鹽 1 茶匙
- 老抽 半湯匙
- 蠔油 2 湯匙
- 黑胡椒碎 1 茶匙
- 生粉 1 湯匙

1. 牛仔骨洗乾淨，瀝乾水，斬成小塊
2. 加入油、糖、鹽、老抽、黑胡椒碎、生粉、醃約30分鐘
3. 洋蔥洗乾淨，切成絲備用
4. 秀珍茹洗乾淨，瀝乾水備用
5. 燒熱油鑊，下一層薄油，下洋蔥絲起鑊
6. 下牛仔骨快炒，炒至七成熟
7. 下秀珍茹與牛仔骨同炒
8. 下半碗水，拌均，下蠔油、黑胡椒碎、糖、鹽調味
9. 煮滖後，下生粉水埋茨，煮至醬汁收乾即可上碟
