#### 材 料:

- 豬肉 4 兩
- 鹹蛋 1 隻
- 馬蹄 4 粒

#### 調 味 份 量:

- 鹽 少 許
- 糖 少 許
- 油 1 茶 匙
- 粟 粉 1 茶 匙
- 麻 油 少 許

#### 做法:

1. 馬 蹄 去 皮 洗 淨 剁 碎 ， 拌 勻 其 餘 材 料 和 調 味 料 成 為 肉 餅 。
2. 把 肉 餅 隔 水 猛 火 蒸 約 十 五 分 鐘 即 成 。
