- 蘿 蔔 ， 去 皮 ， 刨 絲 1-1/2 斤（960 克）
- 粟 粉 1/2 杯（60 克）
- 粘 米 粉 1/2 兩（20 克）
- 蝦 米 （ 乾 ）1/2 兩（20克）
- 冬 菇 ， 去 莖 （ 乾 ）1/2 杯（60克）
- 乾 瑤 柱 1/2 兩（20克）
- 水 杯（240 毫 升）
- 油 兩 湯 匙

#### 蘿 蔔 調 味 料

- 糖 一 茶 匙
- 胡 椒 粉 少 許
- 鹽 一 茶 匙
- 薑 汁 一 茶 匙
- 獻 汁 份 量

#### 蝦 米 、 冬 菇 、 乾 瑤 柱 調 味 料

- 生 抽 半 茶 匙
- 酒 半 茶 匙

1. 蝦米浸軟，切粒。
2. 冬菇浸軟，切粒。
3. 乾瑤柱浸1小時，連同浸瑤柱的水蒸1/2小時，撕成瑤柱絲。
4. 油1湯匙放入易潔鑊，燒熱，放入蝦米、冬菇及瑤柱絲炒勻，加入生抽1茶匙，炒至熱，酒1茶匙，炒勻，上碟待用。
5. 油1湯匙放入易潔鑊，放入蘿蔔絲。
6. 粟粉及粘米粉混合，加入水1杯，攪勻成粉漿，將粉漿倒入蘿蔔成份攪勻，煮至滾，改用中火邊煮邊攪成糊狀。
7. 最後加入炒香了的冬菇、蝦米、瑤柱絲。
8. 將成份倒入一個已掃油的7吋直徑的糕盆，大火蒸1/2小時。
