### 🛒 食材準備 (油角皮)

- 🥣 **中筋麵粉：** 300g
- 🥚 **雞蛋：** 2 隻
- 🧈 **豬油或植物油：** 2 湯匙
- 🥜 **內餡：** 花生碎、芝麻、砂糖、椰絲 (混合均勻)

### 🍳 烹飪步驟

1. 將麵粉、雞蛋、油及適量水揉成光滑麵團，靜置 30 分鐘。
2. 將麵團擀成薄片，用圓模切成小圓片。
3. 包入花生糖餡，對摺後壓緊邊緣並鎖成花邊形 🥟。
4. 煎堆則用糯米粉加糖水揉成小圓球，滾上芝麻備用。
5. 熱油鍋至中熱（約 150°C），分批放入油角及煎堆。
6. 用中小火炸至表面呈金黃色且浮起，撈起瀝乾油分 🥘。
7. 完全放涼後放入密封罐保存，口感最為酥脆。
