- 🦐 **大海蝦：** 8-10 隻 (剪去蝦鬚及蝦足，挑去蝦腸)

茄汁 2 湯匙、生抽 1 湯匙、糖 1 茶匙、米酒少許。

### 🍳 烹飪步驟

1. 大蝦洗淨吸乾水分，用剪刀剪開背部（利於入味），加少許鹽、胡椒粉醃 10 分鐘。
