- 白 米 2 杯
- 香 菇 6 隻
- 瘦 肉 4 兩
- 香 芹 1 棵
- 高 湯 1 2 杯

- 鹽 1 茶 匙
- 胡 椒 粉 少 許

2. 冬 菇 泡 軟 ， 去 蒂 切 絲 ； 瘦 肉 切 絲 ； 芹 菜 切 碎 。
3. 用 2 大 匙 油 炒 香 肉 絲 及 香 菇 絲 後 ， 倒 入 粥 內 同 煮 ， 並 加 鹽 調 味 ， 煮 滾 即 熄 火 。
4. 食 用 時 撒 下 芹 菜 末 及 胡 椒 粉 即 成 。
