#  薑味紫蕃薯 糖水

簡單易煮 15分鐘

#### 材料:

紫番薯 中型3隻/小型4，薑 2 小塊 (約15克)，片糖 1片，凍開水 600亳升水

#### 煮法:

1. 將紫番薯洗淨刨皮切塊和薑洗淨拍開 (也可切粒)；
2. 煮滾600亳升水，加入紫番薯及薑，蓋上蓋大火煲5分鐘，轉中小火10分鐘；
3. 開蓋加入一塊片糖，輕輕攪拌，再蓋回煲蓋煮煲1-2分鐘；
4. 開蓋輕輕攪拌一下，盛起享用！
