 做法

1. 將 白 糖 及 椰 奶 放 進 大 碗 內 攪 拌 ， 直 至 糖 完 全 溶 解 。
2. 雞 蛋 打 勻 ， 加 入 加 州 提 子 乾 並 混 合 椰 奶 內 。
3. 將 混 合 好 的 材 料 放 進 蒸 爐 內 3 0 分 鐘 ， 待 蛋 糊 全 熟 ， 即 可 熱 用 。
