 **做法**

1. 將 雪 耳 及 南 杏 仁 用 清 水 洗 乾 淨 。
2. 洗 淨 百 合 、 玉 竹 及 南 北 杏 。
3. 鍋 放 10 杯 水 煲 滾 ， 放 入 所 有 材 料 ， 大 火 煲 10 分 鐘 ， 轉 慢 火 煲 1 小 時 ， 加 糖 調 味 ， 即 可 飲 用 。
