- 赤小豆 30克
- 薏米 30克
- 蜜棗 數粒
- 陳皮 1片
    (以上材料可買湯包)

- 瘦肉250克
- 薑 1片

1. 赤小豆、土伏苓、陳皮、蜜棗、用清水浸30分鐘，沖洗後瀝乾水份備用
2. 瘦肉洗淨飛水，盛起備用
3. 煲滾約1.5公升水，放入所有材料，先用大中火滾20-30分鐘，再轉小火煲2小時
4. 飲用時下鹽調味即可(不下鹽也可)
