#  癌友這樣吃 吃得好、吃得下、活更久

癌症病友們對於飲食知識不足，在不知如何正確補充營養等狀況下常導致營養不良、體重減輕，醫院營養師林昱蓁為大家介紹癌症治療階段性的營養需求，及治療前、治療期間和治療後的正確飲食方法，讓癌友不再為了飲食選擇而困擾。

**平均每5分6秒就有1人罹癌**

苗栗醫院長許振榮指出，根據國健署公布最新統計，台灣10大癌症發生率，癌症時鐘較前1年快12秒，平均每5分6秒就有1人罹癌。

然而罹病後的癌症病人，常因營養相關知識錯誤，或不了解該怎麼補充適當的營養，造成營養不良和體重減輕，影響癌症治療以及預後。營養教育不但能增加存活率，減少治療副作用，藉此得到更好的生活品質。

**除了飲食改變 適度活動也增強體力**

林昱蓁營養師表示，在癌症的治療期間的病人，建議每天均衡攝取六大類的食物，加上癌症患者對於熱量與蛋白質的需求量會比一般人多，飲食必須依病人的治療種類與病人的狀況調整。

遇到常見的副作用，如食慾不振、體重減輕、噁心、嘔吐、腹瀉、便祕、黏膜發炎及口腔癌、白血球低下時的飲食調整與加強，也格外重要。除了飲食的改變，適度的活動，讓心情保持愉悅也能促進食慾，增加病人的體力。

**預防癌症原則的建議治療後仍應遵守**

林營養師對預防癌症的建議包含維持理想體重，增加蔬菜、水果、全穀根莖類的攝取，限制紅肉及其加工品的攝取，適量飲酒(男性小於2個酒精當量，女性小於1個酒精當量(1個酒精當量＝2份脂肪＝90大卡熱量＝12盎司(360 c.c.)啤酒＝5盎司盎司(150c.c.)釀造酒＝1.5盎司(45 c.c.)蒸餾酒)。

為了避免攝取太鹹或使用鹽的加工品，每天30分鐘的身體活動，營養師進一步說明，這些預防癌症原則的建議，不止適用於一般人，對完成治療後的病人，仍應該遵循。（文章授權提供／優活健康網; 林昱蓁 -衛福部苗栗醫院營養師）
