#  蕃茄冬瓜湯 (素湯)

**除了好味外,尚有清熱、利水作用**

2人份量

#### 材料:

- 冬瓜 半片(一般是一片片賣的, 約200克)
- 番茄 3個 (中型)
- 蒜頭
- 鹽 適量
- 水 400ml

#### 材料預備:

3 粒蒜頭去衣切片; 蕃茄洗淨去皮切塊備用;冬瓜切皮及切塊/片洗淨備用。

#### 煮法:

1. 熱鍋加油及蒜片，放入蕃茄炒約1分鐘加料酒，再炒到蕃茄釋出香味，
2. 放入冬瓜 (連冬瓜皮放入)炒勻。
3. 加入滾/煮沸水400ml，加蓋中火熬煮至冬瓜軟透，約10分鐘，
4. 加適量鹽(可以不加) 即可享用簡單美味有營的蕃茄冬瓜湯素湯。
