#  清補涼排骨湯

有清熱氣、健脾祛濕、養陰生津、滋陰潤肺、滋潤肌膚，健脾胃及袪濕

#### 材 料：3-4人份量

- 排骨 300克
- 清補涼湯料（可買現成已配好的包裝，內有淮山、黨參、陳皮、薏米、北沙參、玉竹、南杏、北杏、蜜棗、桂圓/圓肉/龍眼肉、蓮子、芡實、百合）
- 水 2.5公升
- 鹽 5克 (隨個人)

#### 材料預備：

- 將湯料清洗後用涼水浸泡10分鐘。
- 將瘦肉放在清水里反覆洗淨，至水清即可。燒開水後把肉放入煮3分鐘煮出少量的血沫子，用清水沖乾淨備用。

#### 做 法：

- 燒開水後，將清補涼湯料和排骨放入，水再煮開後，中小火煲一個半小時​​。
- 調入適量的鹽即可享用。

淮山，黨參：健脾補氣
陳皮，薏米：理氣袪濕
北沙參，玉竹：滋陰潤燥
南杏，北杏：潤肺止咳
蜜棗，桂圓：養血安神
蓮子，芡實，百合：寧心安神
用淮山,蓮子,芡實,沙參,玉竹這類不太峻烈的食材,既能\[清\]熱除燥,又能\[補\]益身體,且有\[涼\]潤作用,被稱為清補涼。

- 薏米20克
- 棗3粒
- 淮山20克
- 百合20克
- 蓮子30克
- 芡實30克
- 陳皮一塊
