**功效**︰ 清熱潤肺,四季皆宜,適合男女老少之湯水

4-5人份量

#### 材料︰

枇杷花、枇杷葉、雪耳、玉竹、陳皮、蜜棗、南北杏。

#### 做法︰

1\) 先用清水把材料洗淨後,浸透約半小時 。
2\) 依個人喜好加入肉配料,如雞肉、排骨、瘦肉、豬脻/展等 。
3\) 將全部材料放入煲內 , 加水約13碗/ 3公升水 。
4\) 以大火煲滾後轉文火煲2+小時， 最後加適量鹽調味 。
