夏天消暑湯水-'荷葉冬瓜赤小豆扁豆薏米排骨湯"- 有效消暑清熱去水腫

#### 材料:

- 冬瓜 300克、
- 荷葉 1/4 塊、
- 粟米 一條
- 薏仁 40克、
- 扁豆 50克、
- 赤小豆 20克、
- 陳皮 1塊、
- 薑2大片、
- 水 2.5-3升、
- 鹽適量

**材料預備:**

- 薏米/薏仁、赤小豆、扁豆、陳皮清洗浸發約15分鐘,目的是縮短煲時及省火力;
- 排骨放入滾水中出水5分鐘
- 冬瓜連皮切成約2英寸厚片；

#### 煮法:

- 加 2.5 升水入湯鍋煲滾，放入所有材料，高火煮滾後再煮15分鐘後，
- 轉中火燜煮15分鐘，加入冬瓜煮30分鐘，
- 加鹽調味完成。

**材料功效:**

- 薏米有消除水腫和預防腫瘤的作用
- 冬瓜本身九成是水分，性寒，是夏季最佳的消暑降火食材，有消暑去濕、幫助消化、清熱利尿、消水腫和減肥作用。
