### 材料

絞碎肉 8 兩
 梅菜 2 棵

### 調味份量

生 抽 1 茶 匙
 糖 1 / 2 茶 匙
 生 粉 1 茶 匙
 胡 椒 粉 少 許
 麻 油 少 許

### 做法

1. 梅 菜 浸 軟 洗 淨 ， 擰 乾 水 分 ， 切 粒 。
2. 將 梅 菜 粒 及 調 味 料 加 進 絞 肉 中 攪 勻 ．
3. 用 大 火 隔 水 蒸 1 5 分 鐘 即 可 。
