#  春節健康吃 理智採買+慎防食物中毒

過新年，歡樂的氣氛總是會準備很多好吃的食物來慶祝全家人團圓；親朋好友共聚一堂，吃吃喝喝之外，還會喝兩杯，不去外面餐廳用餐，家庭主婦就得要忙裡忙外的張羅；但是，今年的年假這麼長，有九天之多，該如何準備年菜呢？

**先列出採買清單理智購買年菜**

營養師呂蕙如建議，家庭主婦在準備年菜時，最好是能夠先寫出清單，再很理智的去採買；因為年假很多天，最好是都規畫好要吃幾天的菜色，再去購買相關的食材，除了不會浪費金錢，也不會購買到過多的食物，以免都吃到不新鮮的食材。

**避免重覆吃剩菜降低食物中毒機率**

今年過年長達九天，全家團聚，家庭主婦得要準備很多年菜，該如何準備可是大學問；呂蕙如提醒，家庭主婦購買年菜應該要理智採買，避免購買過多年菜，不只是可節省花費，也可避免造成食物過勝，而又會丟太多；也不要貪便宜，購買太多食材，又因為太高興而煮太多食物，或是又得一直重覆吃剩菜，也可降低食物中毒的機率。

**多選擇蔬果搭配海鮮與肉食**

過年全家團圓，也應該要健康吃，以免大吃大喝九天之後，除了會體重飆升之外，還有可能吃出毛病！呂蕙如營養師指出，最好是多選擇蔬果，搭配海鮮與肉食，而且海鮮與肉食也應烹煮熟食為宜，這樣才能吃到均衡的營養。

**枮板應該生熟食分開使用**

此外，呂蕙如營養師強調，食材應該要清洗乾淨，並應該準備兩件枮板，生熟食分開使用，因為生熟食混用枮板易導致細菌感染，造成食物中毒，而且食物保存也要注意，避免食材放置過久，導致食物腐敗。
