 清 雞 湯 1/2 杯
 鹽 1/3 茶 匙
 糖 1/2 茶 匙
 粟 粉 1/2 湯 匙
 蠔 油 1 湯 匙

### 做法

1. 杏 仁 片 用 焗 爐 烘 香 備 用 。
2. 鮮 露 筍 去 皮 ， 留 下 較 嫩 部 份 ； 北 菇 切 絲 ， 甘 筍 切 條 。
3. 雞 肉 切 長 條 狀 ， 用 鹽 及 粟 粉 調 味 醃 好 。
4. 露 筍 用 雞 湯 煨 熱 ， 雞 肉 走 油 。
5. 用 油 爆 香 薑 、 蒜 ， 加 入 露 筍 、 雞 柳 、 甘 筍 、 冬 菇 ， 調 味 打 茨 即 成 。
