 **1 .**
 生 抽 1 茶 匙
 糖 1 / 2 茶 匙
 胡 椒 粉 少 許
 薑 汁 酒 1 茶 匙

 **2 .**
 蠔 油 2 湯 匙
 生 抽 1 茶 匙
 老 抽 1 茶 匙
 糖 1 / 2 茶 匙
 胡 椒 粉 少 許
 水 1/2 杯

### 做法

1. 雞 翼 洗 淨 抹 乾 ， 用 調 味 料 ( 1 ) 醃 約 20 分 鐘 ， 走 油 ， 取 出 瀝 乾 油 份 。
2. 燒 熱 2 湯 匙 油 ， 爆 香 薑 片 及 蔥 段 ， 將 雞 翼 回 鑊 ， 贊 酒 ， 加 入 調 味 料 ( 2 ) 拌 勻 ， 煮 5 分 鐘 ， 加 入 麻 油 炒 勻 ， 即 可 上 碟 。
