#  栗子炆雞

### 材 料

- 雞 半 斤 / 雞腿 2-3隻
- 栗 子 15 - 2 0 粒
- 薑 3 片
- 洋蔥 1 個中型

### 醃 料 (雞)

- 料酒 1/2 湯 匙 / 1 瓶蓋
- 生 抽 1/2 湯 匙
- 糖 1/4 茶 匙
- 胡椒粉 少許
- 生 粉 1/2 茶 匙
- 油 1 湯 匙

### 調 味

- 水 3 杯
- 生 抽 1 湯 匙
- 鹽 少 許
- 老抽 少 許(上色)
- 麻 油 少 許
- 油 2 湯 匙

### 做法

1. 雞斬件洗淨瀝乾水，下醃料拌勻 ， 醃2 0 分鐘 。
2. 栗子用滾水煮 6 分鐘 ， 去殼除衣 。
3. 用 2 湯匙油爆香薑片 ， 取出薑片放入雞塊，爆炒2-3分鐘，取出雞塊，放入洋蔥翻炒一會，加水煮滾後，加栗子、調味料及加蓋慢火炆，至栗子燜稔和汁略收乾，即可上碟。
