### 調 味 份 量

 鹽 半 茶 匙

 胡 椒 粉 少 許

### 做法

1. 將 春 雞 洗 淨 ， 加 入 調 味 料 拌 。
2. 將 牛 油 煮 溶 ， 加 入 碎 火 腿 肉 ， 加 州 提 子 乾 ， 栗 子 及 麵 飽 糠 ， 炒 至 乾 身 。
3. 將 釀 料 放 入 雞 胸 內 ， 放 入 焗 爐 ， 200oC 度 焗 十 五 分 鐘 。
