### 材 料

- 雞 半 隻
- 金 針 少 許
- 雲 耳 少 許
- 紅 棗 6 粒
- 薑 5 片

### 調 味 份 量

- 醬 油 1 茶 匙
- 生 粉 1 茶 匙
- 糖 1/2 茶 匙
- 酒 1/2 茶 匙
- 胡 椒 粉 少 許

### 做法

1. 金 針 及 雲 耳 用 水 浸 軟 ， 剪 去 蒂 ， 瀝 乾 ， 紅 棗 去 核 。
2. 雞 洗 淨 抹 乾 斬 件 ， 加 入 調 味 料 醃 二 十 分 鐘 ， 再 加 入 所 有 材 料 拌 勻 ， 隔 水 蒸 十 五 分 鐘 ， 即 可 。
