#  蒜香雞翼

- 雞翼 8隻 (可用冰鮮雞翼)
- 獨子蒜 8粒

#### 醃料：

- 油 1湯匙
- 鹽 半茶匙
- 糖 半茶匙
- 生抽 1湯匙
- 胡椒粉 1茶匙

#### 芡汁料：

- 水 3湯匙
- 蠔油 2湯匙
- 糖 1 1/2湯匙
- 鹽 1/3茶匙
- 生粉水 過量

1. 雞翼溶雪解凍，清洗乾淨，在一面中間切開
2. 加油、糖、鹽、生抽、胡椒粉醃約二十分鐘
3. 獨子蒜去皮，切半備用
4. 燒熱油鑊，下獨子蒜起鑊，下雞翼煎到兩面金黃色或八九成熟
5. 澆入350ml 水，合上蓋煮約5分鐘
6. 下已調勻的芡汁料及生粉水煮至滾起，收汁至濃度合自己心意即可上碟
