 | #### 材 料    鯧 魚 肉 300 克   冬 菇 4 隻   蘆 筍 4 枝   紅 蘿 蔔 150 克   粟 粉 少 許 | #### 調 味 料    鹽 1/2 茶 匙   粟 粉 1 湯 匙   薑 汁 1 茶 匙 | #### 獻 汁    鹽 1/4 茶 匙   糖 1/4 茶 匙   粟 粉 2 茶 匙   麻 油 1/2 茶 匙   上 湯 200 毫 升 |

#### 做法

1. 魚 肉 切 成 約 1 / 2 厘 米 厚 、 4 厘 米 闊 及 5 厘 米 長 的 薄 片 。 加 入 調 味 拌 勻 。
2. 冬 菇 浸 軟 切 條 ， 蘆 筍 切 段 。 紅 蘿 蔔 切 條 及 用 沸 水 略 煮 。
3. 獻 汁 拌 勻 備 用 。
4. 在 每 片 魚 片 上 灑 上 粟 粉 ， 放 上 蘆 筍 ， 冬 菇 及 紅 蘿 蔔 各 一 條 ， 捲 成 魚 卷 。
5. 大 火 蒸 約 5 分 鐘 至 熟 。 將 獻 汁 煮 沸 ， 淋 在 魚 卷 上 即 成 。
