### 做法

1. 蝦 用 水 沖 洗 乾 淨 。
2. 煲 滾 半 鍋 水 ， 加 １ 湯 匙 油 ， 水 滾 放 入 蝦 拌 勻 ， 見 再 蝦 轉 紅 色 而 蝦 身 彎 曲 ， 即 可 用 有 孔 杓 子 撈 起 上 碟 。
3. 用 加 了 紅 椒 絲 的 豉 油 醮 來 吃 。
