- 青口 一斤 / 500 克
- 蒜末 1 小匙
- 西芹 半棵
- 紅辣椒 2 條 (不吃辣可以不用)
- 綠辣椒 2 條 (不吃辣可以不用)
- 紹興酒 50 毫升
- 鹽 適量
- 生粉 適量
- 芫茜/青蔥 適量

- 糖 1/2 茶匙
- 胡椒粉 1/2 茶匙
- 紹興酒 2 湯匙

1. 青口用清水浸泡 1 小時，去除泥沙和雜質。
2. 鍋中倒入少許油，加入蒜末、姜末、紅辣椒和綠辣椒爆香。
3. 加入青口，倒入紹興酒翻炒均勻。
4. 加入胡椒粉、糖和適量的水，蓋上鍋蓋煮 5 分鐘。
5. 撇去浮沫，加入少許生粉水勾芡，拌勻。
6. 加入芫茜/青蔥段，繼續翻炒均勻至汁收干即可。
