#  植物油較健康？ 人造奶油奶精可未必

一般人以為植物油比動物油健康，但人工植物油可不是如此！營養師強調，經過氫化加工的植物油，如人工奶油、奶精，以及烘焙用酥油等，都含有高飽和脂肪，常會添加在麵包、糕餅、零食等食物中，吃多恐增加三高、肥胖等慢性疾病風險。

**人造植物油含飽和脂肪**

許惠玉表示，植物油經過「完全氫化」過程，雖然不會產生人工反式脂肪，但卻會生成飽和脂肪，常見有人造植物油如人工奶油、烘焙用酥油、奶精、植物性奶油、人造植物奶油、硬式植物性奶油、氫化植物油、半氫化植物油等。

**麵包糕點少吃**

許惠玉營養師強調，人體飽和脂肪攝取量增加總熱量的1％，血中膽固醇濃度增加2.7mg/dL，長期下來會造成動脈粥狀硬化，增加罹患心血管疾病、高血脂、糖尿病等慢性病風險，建議每日飽和脂肪攝取不得超過總熱量10％，日常飲食最好少吃油炸食物、麵包、糕餅、零食等。
