#### 材料：

(足三人的份量)

- 薯仔 2 -3 隻
- 臘腸一條
- 鴨肝腸/潤腸或半肥臘肉一條
- 蔥花青蔥3條

薯仔 臘腸

#### 調味：

- 鹽、胡椒粉 適量
- 因臘腸等已有味, 固不需要太多調味

#### 做法：

1. 薯仔洗淨去皮，用鉋刨成細絲，臘腸和臘肉切成小粒，青蔥切成蔥花備用。
2. 將臘腸及臘肉放入熱鑊中煎熟，撇去多餘的油，放到碗中備用。
3. 將薯仔絲放入碗中，加入臘腸、臘肉和蔥花，加入適量的鹽和胡椒粉，加入生粉拌勻。
4. 燒熱鑊，倒入適量的食用油，待油燒熱後，將拌好的薯仔絲放入煎煮，中火煎至金黃色，再翻轉另一面煎至金黃色，即可起鑊。
5. 熱騰騰的香煎家鄉薯仔餅即可享用。

**功效：**薯仔含豐富的膳食纖維和維生素C，能夠增加腸道蠕動，有助於減肥和排毒。此菜色適合食用者包括一般健康人群，特別是喜愛薯仔及臘腸的人。
